Franklin is our first location, and it’s home.
One of our founders Nick Emmanuel lives here with his family. His three young kids attend Catholic school, and like many local parents, he’s seen firsthand how mold affects families in this area. For us, this work is personal. We’re here to solve mold problems and help people feel better in their own homes.
We launched Claro – Complete Mold Remediation in Franklin in 2025 because we saw a problem that wasn’t being handled well. The Southeast has some of the highest mold levels in the country.
