How it works
A modern mold remediation process built around restoring health to your home and your family
Step 1 - Inspection
Book your inspection, where a trained professional will ask simple questions and provide an initial visual inspection to determine recommended testing.
Benefits
A trained inspector can often confirm mold visually and through moisture mapping. Where needed, we recommend targeted testing so we treat what's actually there, not what isn't.

Step 2 - Fix the Moisture Source
We address the source of moisture and, if needed, install a dehumidifier to dry out the crawlspace or basement. This prevents mold from returning once remediation is complete.
Benefits
A properly dried space stops mold at its root cause, protecting your investment and your family's health for the long term.
Step 3 - Remove Contaminated Materials
Any materials that have been compromised by mold, such as drywall, insulation, or flooring, are carefully removed and disposed of properly. This eliminates the source of contamination and prevents further spread.
Benefits
Removing affected materials ensures mold doesn't continue to grow hidden behind walls or under floors, giving you a clean foundation to rebuild on.

Step 4 - Whole-home dry fog treatment
Once the source is fixed and contaminated materials are removed, we treat the home with our patented two-compound dry fog. The first compound reaches every surface, wall cavity, and air space in the home, including the HVAC system, treating what physical removal can't access. The second compound coats those surfaces with an antimicrobial layer designed to help prevent regrowth.
Benefits
This step destroys all of the mold in your home and within the walls without hurting any of your belongings. It also removes odors, bacteria and viruses from your home. After this step any visible mold can be cleaned without concern of it sporing because it is denatured.
Step 5 - Retest and guarantee
After treatment, we retest the home to confirm the result, then back the work with our one-year guarantee. The retest is what proves the home is clean, and the guarantee is what stands behind it.
Benefits
You're not just told the job is done. You get post-treatment air results that show it, and a written one-year guarantee that says we'll come back if it's not. Customers often report the air feeling lighter and their breathing easier following the process.
