About Us

Our Nashville location is our second Middle Tennessee office, operated by the same team that runs our Franklin location. We opened a centrally located Nashville office so we can better serve homeowners and businesses across downtown Nashville, North Nashville, and up toward Clarksville.

While our focus on air quality and mold health is identical to Franklin, Nashville serves as our home base for all commercial projects. From offices and retail spaces to multi-family properties, this location allows us to respond faster and support larger, more complex jobs throughout the region.

Our team is genuinely mold obsessed. In fact, one of our biggest sources of new hires comes from mold-conscious homeowners who first worked with us as clients. After seeing the level of care and results we deliver, many want to be part of the mission themselves.

Claro started after a close friend and neighbor became seriously ill and later discovered black mold mycotoxins in her body. As she tried to get answers, she was quoted over $11,000 for testing that still didn’t explain the problem, and remediation companies pushed invasive tear-outs that didn’t address the root cause. Watching her struggle made it clear that the industry was broken.
