About Claro - Complete Mold Remediation

Mold: the problem we set out to solve
We launched Claro - Complete Mold Remediation in Franklin in 2025 because we saw a problem that needed solving, and we knew we could solve it better. The Southeast has some of the highest mold levels in the nation. Tennessee humid climate and modern airtight construction create perfect conditions for mold growth. But traditional remediation companies weren't actually fixing the problem.
Most companies only treat visible mold: scraping, spraying, removing materials. But here's what they miss: by the time you see mold, microscopic spores have already spread throughout your entire home. Worse, disturbing mold releases even more spores, spreading contamination further. Homeowners were stuck in a frustrating cycle: pay for remediation, watch the mold return months later, repeat.
We brought a different approach. Patented dry-fog technology that treats your entire home, every surface, every air space, eliminating 99.9% of mold with family-safe solutions. No harsh chemicals. No unnecessary demolition. Just proven science backed by a 1-year guarantee. It worked. We've become one of the fastest-growing mold remediation companies in the region. What started in Franklin is expanding because this problem isn't unique to our region. Homeowners everywhere deserve solutions that actually work and last.
The story behind Claro
We started Claro because our neighbor and friend Kathleen got sick.
Her doctors finally found the cause was high levels of mycotoxins in her system but finding a cure for her home turned into a nightmare. She was quoted an outrageous $8,500 just for testing.
When she finally hired a traditional remediation team they fixed the drainage and removed drywall but they failed to eliminate the microscopic spores. Kathleen was left with a bill and a home that was still making her sick.
